Event Details

As usual, we will start at the Regina High School track and run approximately a 6K through Hickory Hill Park! Registration opens January 1, 2019

We want people of all abilities, runners and walkers, to participate on the trails of Hickory Hill Park. Run or walk in solidarity with our survivors, or in memory of someone you have lost.

Ask any cancer survivor and you’ll find that 5 years in remission is a significant milestone. That especially holds true for the 80% of children diagnosed with cancer and have reached “5 years and clear” after treatment (source). That’s an amazing number, but the journey doesn’t end with remission. Cancer survivors need continuing care and the Red Shamrock Foundation wants to be a part of it. This race helps bring awareness to cancer survivorship and encourages healthy living through activity and being in the outdoors. (What a great way to stay true to your New Year’s resolutions of getting and staying in shape this year!)
