Wednesday, September 30 at 7:00 p.m. at Buzz Salon in downtown Iowa City. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month; to celebrate we have moved our famous head shaving event to September. Dare to go bare! Shave your head in solidarity with cancer patients who have lost their hair from chemotherapy. Set a goal and collect pledges/donations from your friends, family and co-workers.

Set up your fundraiser on CrowdRise to make it easier to share and gather donations. Dare your friends to shave their heads too! Pick one person at work to have shave their head and donate to their fund-raiser. There’s no entry fee and every shavee that raises over $25 will receive a Red Shamrock Foundation stocking cap to keep their head warm! The shavee to raise the most money in donations will win a prize!
